What you can expect from our royal service

There are a couple of things that make King Price Insurance unique in the world of insurance. For starters, there’s our one-of-a-kind business model which provides our clients with super cheap insurance premiums that DECREASE monthly along with the depreciation of your car.

Then there’s the fact that we like having a lot of fun with just a little madness sprinkled on top…. Which is why you’ll so often see us dressed as everything from bumble bees to super heroes, and also why we take our bobble heads very seriously.

But the one thing that we’re the most proud of is our award-winning royal service…. Because at King Price it’s you, our client, who is really king.

Here’s what you can expect when it comes to our promise of delivering royal service:

  1. When you call for advice, you have the right to speak to a FAIS Act compliant consultant, who will provide you with the answers you need to make an informed decision.
  2. As a valued client, you have the right to be treated with professional courtesy and a big warm smile by every member of the king’s court that you come into contact with.
  3. Should your car need to go in for repairs, you have the right to have these repairs done right the first time, every time.
  4. When making use of our home, road, or medical assist services, you are entitled to get prompt, professional service.
  5. You have the option of contacting us on any of our communication channels (check out all of our social links at the top of the page) and getting a prompt response during working hours.
  6. At any time, you have the right to get in touch and change the details on your policy via email (clientcare@kingprice.co.za) or over the phone (0860 50 50 50)…. And please make sure that you do keep us updated as remember, incorrect details = incorrect cover!
  7. You have the right to request a copy of your policy schedule and document at any time during the duration of your policy (on the same details as above).
  8. Every month, you’ll deserve to get a friendly SMS letting you know how much less your monthly car insurance premium will cost.
  9. When you make a claim, you have the right to have it processed as fast as we humanly can- and you have the right to regular updates on that claim, so you know what’s happening to your car at all times.
  10. You have the right to have fun with your insurance company for a change, and to feel like a part of our big King Price family!
