Location: Menlyn, Pretoria, South Africa
We are looking for a Test Analyst with 3+ years’ experience within an environment using SCRUM as methodology.
Main responsibilities for this role will include, but not limited to
- Participate in all SCRUM ceremonies
- Collaborate closely with business owners to gain a better understanding of what the requirements and expectations are
- Collaborate closely with BA’s and making suggestions where system can be improved.
- Reviewing and familiarizing yourself with user stories (and functional specifications) from BA’s
- Manual front end functional testing of application(s)
- Carry out exploratory testing to identify any possible issues that might have been overlooked during regression testing and functional testing
- Collaborate closely with developers, identifying, logging, prioritizing and verifying defects in a defect tracking system
- Defect tracking of all defects logged by you
- Executing regression tests in preparation for go-live
