Trainer and Facilitator position available at the King Price Training Department!

Key areas of responsibilities:
o Deliver appropriate training to employees
o Maintain training records
o Prepare and facilitate learning
o Handle any training related administrative and adhoc tasks
o Remain updated with market trends
o Research new and relevant training methods
o Evaluate and assess leaner competence level
o Provide feedback to leaners
o Review training and compile consolidated feedback reports

o Short term insurance experience
o Min 5 years claims experience
o Commercial experience will be an advantage
o Be prepared to travel
o Be a team player
o Be prepared to handle confrontation
o Have a passion for people and the ability to influence and develop others
o Valid Driver’s license
o Own Car
