In a nutshell
This covers you for the physical loss of, or damage to, the insured property that’s described on your policy schedule, which arises out of the performance of the operations that are described on your schedule, from any cause other than those that are specifically excluded, and within the territorial limits. Contracts that exceed the maximum contract limit that’s noted on your policy schedule aren’t covered and should be insured separately.
