- Medical kit – In the event that you experience an accident, you need to be prepared. Double check that your first-aid kit contains antiseptic, swabs, an ice pack, a blanket, gauze and flashlights. It may also be a good idea to bring extra food and water – just in case you have to wait for help overnight.
